Important: This cloud platform probes printer web interfaces (port 80/443) over the internet. For this to work, your printer's IP must be either publicly accessible OR you must use the IP List mode and add known IPs directly. If your printers are on a local WiFi only, use "Add Manually" — it's the most reliable method.

Troubleshooting
Printers not found in scan?
Cloud-based scanning can only reach devices accessible from the internet. Most office printers are on a local LAN and won't be directly reachable. Use "Quick Add" or "Add Manually" instead — enter the IP shown on the printer's screen.
How to find your printer's IP:
Press the printer's Utility or Menu button → Device Information. The IPv4 address shown on screen is what you need.
For automatic LAN scanning:
You need the On-Premise Agent installed on a computer on the same WiFi network. It performs the SNMP scan locally and pushes results to this dashboard.
